研究方向:
1. 染色质重塑分子(chromatin remodeler)在转录调控过程中的分子机理,以及转录失调造成的一些罕见遗传疾病和肿瘤发生的病理学研究。目前课题组的主要研究对象是一组不属于传统染色质重塑分子的“孤儿蛋白”,比如 Cockayne syndrome B (CSB),the α-thalassemia retardation X-linked (ATRX)DNA helicase等。
2. 真核RNA聚合酶在表观遗传微环境中的分子机理,尤其是在RNA干扰(RNAi)中起到的特殊作用。
