杨帆(双聘人才)

杨帆,教授,博士生导师,国家自然基金委优秀青年基金获得者,山东大学杰出中青年学者,山东大学齐鲁青年学者 本人长期聚焦于感知系统中GPCR的作用机制的研究,并取得了一系列原创性研究进展。

(一)揭示了嗅觉的感知机制,为深入理解嗅觉受体的配体识别机制及相关疾病的药物开发提供了理论依据(Nature 2023; 揭示了痒觉的感知机制,为治疗临床瘙痒症及过敏性疾病提供了新的思路(Nature 2021);阐明粘附类GPCR自激活及对力的感知机制,为靶向粘附类受体相关疾病的鉴定和治疗奠定了基础(Nature 2022);

(二)以胆汁酸受体为靶点,揭示了胆汁酸的配体识别及激活机制,阐明了胆汁酸受体的代谢调控异常在非小细胞肺癌发生发展中的关键作用(Nature 2020PNAS 2022);

(三)揭示了GPCR磷酸化编码的“笛子模型”,解决了长期困扰该领域的核心问题,对领域发展起到了推动作用(Nature Communications 2015Faculty 1000专题评论, Molecular Pharmacology 2017,封面文章);阐明了GPCRSH3蛋白之间的别构调控机制,发现Arrestin具有催化作用,打破以往认为Arrestin只是“接头”蛋白的概念,既是理念上的创新和突破,也是GPCR信号转导规律的一项重要新发现。(Nature Chemical Biology 2018); 发展了高灵敏的新型氢谱核磁探针,利用该探针阐明了配体通过GPCR 的跨膜核心区域调控Arrstin 的作用机制,为精准药物设计提供了理论依据(Nature Communications 2020);

目前已在 Nature2020202120222023), Nat Chem Biol.2018), Nat Commun.20152020Faculty 1000 推荐),J Clin Invest (2017) , PNAS (2022), Sci. Adv. 2021等杂志发表高水平论文30余篇。目前担任中国神经科学学会离子通道与膜受体分会委员、中国药理学会生化与分子药理专业委员会委员及中国药理学会生化与肾脏药理专业委员会委员。
