【研究方向】 肿瘤微环境与肿瘤干细胞

吕海泉教授长期致力于研究乏氧微环境及化疗对肿瘤干细胞的影响以及乏氧诱导因子HIF在这一过程中的关键调控作用，取得了一系列原创性研究成果，发现了多个肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点；近年来以第一作者/通讯作者在国际著名学术期刊J Clin Invest, PNAS, Cancer Res, Cell Rep, JCI Insight, Theranostics等发表学术论文多篇，总影响因子超过200，总引用超过2000次。

本实验室重点关注一下研究方向：(1) HIF抑制基因转录机制的研究; (2) HIF转录辅助因子的研究及转录功能精细调控; (3) HIF及其下游信号通路抑制剂的开发; (4) 细胞多能因子在肿瘤干细胞中的调控作用；(5) 机器学习辅助的液体活检在癌症早期筛查中的作用。
